Amy Jean Porter is an artist who lives in the woods outside of New Haven, Connecticut. She has a book out, and a brand-new horse print at 20×200.
Now, NOW I am ready for fall.
(But all in good time: summer lasts until the morning of September 23!)
Lovely. And sad. Lovely-sad. Cassiopeia, as;dfakljd;slkjf.
(We've been eating Cream of Wheat for a week now, whether the weather is ready or not.)
The sky and the wind changed so fast, right? It's like a surprise party with really good gifts.
So great! I love love love that radiating darkness (if that can be such a thing?) around Cassiopeia.
@Dave Bry: I was just wondering, 'How did Amy Jean Porter think to do that?' <3<3<3
@Dave Bry I love love love that too. And I love love love how she used Cassiopeia to get from 4 to 3 to 2 to 1. It gives me the weepy shivers.
Wonderful.
This is so, so lovely. I've been reading this (and The Hairpin) for a long time now but created an account just to say how nice this is. You drew me out of silence!
