In the spirit of such provocative debates as "Is Up Down," "Is Black White?" and "Is The Absence Of Light Really The Presence Of Light?" the New York Times asks, "Is Atheism A Religion?"
Is an apple an orange?
Is a thing itself, even when a Times writer thinks it's not?
I have invented a new word "ragepageview" to describe the motivation for this piece.
Two atheists in modest uniforms showed up at my door asking for money the other day. So, maybe!
Of course atheism is a religion. Just like not collecting stamps is a hobby.
