Thirty years after the Tylenol murders in Chicago, are they about to commission a grand jury in the case? Also, there is an oral history of the Tylenol murders, if that's your sort of thing.

Just go buy what you need from a bodega where they stock product intended for export to other, less childproofing countries. Shit screws right open. The terrorists lose.

@Mr. B Of course there's always the possibility that what's being sold at the bodega is counterfeit.
