Maybe it's just that depressed people tend to get cats, which give them toxo. But the cats are never very good at talking them out of suicide.

So this is what Cypress Hill was singing about.

Toxoplasma changes rodent brains so cats can catch them more easily, and makes people depressed so they're home more with their cats. Basically, cats are way ahead of us on the genetic engineering front.
