The Worst, Most Darkly Hilarious Thing to Ever Happen on Twitter
Here it is, the most unfortunate thing to ever happen on Twitter. Congratulations to Mother Jones co-editor Clara Jeffery! I feel bad for laughing about this, but what can you do? Twitter should give your avatar a special ribbon for this.
Two serious questions I have about this:
1. Why the fuck do people announce they are unfollowing someone? Just fucking unfollow them and be done with it.
2. His name is seriously Nelson Nelson? Sounds like Clara dodged a bullet there.

@blackalabama The "K." is just an abbreviation for "qua." This is Nelson tweeting as "Nelson," not in any of his other capacities. In those other capacities, he's a lot nicer.

Am I the only person who doesn't get this? What's so bad about it, or so funny? I don't know if this woman's Twitter account is personal or professional and thus have no idea if this guy's response is unwarranted. Either way, none of it seems earth-shattering either way–what am I missing?
