Man Livetweets Fire Rescue
It says terrible things about me or our age that my first response to a news story like this is one of absolute cynicism, because it is indeed a very heroic act on the part of anyone to run into a burning building and pull a victim of the fire to safety. But, you know, the Tweeting about it just does not help.

Ahem. We're trying to turn this dude into a superhero so he can trounce Chris Christie. Get on board, Balk.
@boyofdestiny Meanwhile, Christie is driving around looking for a fire to rescue someone from, PREFERABLY GROUND FLOOR (or with a working elevator).
Oh come on Balk, waiting till after you're in the hospital and Star-Ledger reporters are calling your cell phone doesn't count as livetweeting.
His Twitter feed from earlier in the day was fun reading, though. He did a live call-in on News 12 and got to tour the M&M factory in Hackettstown!
Bloomberg rescued the economy from the fires of socialism. Injuries also minor.
In his defence, you can't get a movie deal without a livetweeting any more.
Shouldn't he be livefacebooking this?
