The real Lex Luthor would have come up with a much more elegant and clever scheme to fuck poor people. This plan was something Crazy Quilt would have concocted.

According to the numbers in that article, only about 2.5% of welfare recipients failed the drug test. That is your problem right there welfare recipients. You need higher drug use so you can join the middle class. And a considerable amount more to join the one percent.

Drug tests? Is that really an affective way to humiliate and dehumanize people? I demand talent shows.

But Medicare fraud expert Scott made a fortune with his drug testing chain. That was the real goal.

@Pop Socket Yeah, this. The whole thing was an obvious scam from the beginning.

In which conservatives literally have no idea what it's like to be poor and on welfare. "They MUST be on drugs, why else wouldn't they have jobs??"
