I Don't Even Remember The 5 Inches
Final NYC snow total for winter 2011/2012: 4.5 inches. We got 61 inches last year.#WelcomeToSpring

Spring doesn't start until tomorrow, so maybe NY1 newspaper elf Pat Kiernan is summoning down the forces of nature upon us, but if this holds up (and, yeah, it will) we will remember it as the last time we were surprised by the lack of snow. Because from now on it is nothing but fires ahead.

That's because 5 inches isn't all that memorable, Alex.
8 inches? You'd remember THAT.
*we hear
4.5 inches? Yeah, but it was thick.
*in the middle
@Clarence Rosario – A guy I played rugby with used to say "I can't touch the bottom of a tuna can, but I sure will tear up the sides."
"9-, 10-incher"
I-670 E and I-270 N, 4.5 in, 61 min.
At least here in NJ, it snowed on Halloween (which probably isn't included since it isn't winter), but it was a year with surprising little snow, but the snow we did get still managed to cause ridiculous problems.
@Art Yucko Is this an OSU cocaine joke?
The two times it really snowed this year were during my uncle's funeral and a date night which got progressively worse.
That's what she said.
@scroll_lock YES. Missed tag opportunity.
