Did you get tickets to any of the MoMA Kraftwerk shows? Oh, you did? I hate you. Seriously, die in eine feuer.

I waited in three different online queues simultaneously for an hour and a half, with zero luck. I'm just thankful to be so naturally pessimistic that I assumed that getting tickets would be a miracle anyhow!

I hope those tickets all went to very loving homes that will appreciate them. :(

He's writing in German. It means "The in a fire."

I'd tell you all about how my work Internet likes to block random websites, so I hedged my bets and spent half an hour resignedly waiting on hold (on an actual phone! I know!) but I'm too busy dying in a fire right now.

Alternate take : If my date flakes out, who should I contact to trade my extra ticket for sexual favors?

I was "In the Queue" for over an hour before my PC just went offline into oblivion. Worst advance ticket sale, ever.

Spent 15 minutes up to noon constantly refreshing 3 different browsers on 3 different dates, then spent an hour waiting, and another 15 minutes crying after.

What's Kraftwerk?

@boyofdestiny You silly man.

Bryan Keller (#3,804)

I wanted Man Machine, but my buddy picked up Autobahn tix. :-)

Error: you have been an unwitting participant in Klaus Biesenbach's sadistic and absurdist group performance art exercise, intended as a critique of the changing dynamics of the collective cultural ritual in the 21st century as experienced through the theoretical framework of Baudrillard's "Ecstasy of Communication" vis-a-vis online ticketing queues. This is why it took an hour and a half of waiting to receive a notice that a lot of people are in line and that you have the option of continuing to wait, or not. You're welcome.

@flossy : Eh, I'll wait for the Flash game version.

I got one ticket for Radio-Activity and one ticket for The Mix. I created an account here solely in order to say that. This is like Twitter, right?

No tickets, but I'm going to the dress rehearsal for staff. *runs off cackling*

I'm just gonna wonder around down on South Street dressed as a chicken, practicing saying "Nobody plays the hits like Sully and Fitz on 94 'YSP, home of the all the hits and none of the pits," and keeping my eyes peeled for the Prize Patrol. I'm sure to win tickets! This time.
