Frenchman Disappointed By Moon

"I think our generation is obsessed with the moon. When we were children, we were told that in the year 2000 we’d be in spaceships and living on the moon. Nothing like that happened. We felt betrayed. Now people stay home in front of the screen. But when we were kids we were supposed to be out of our home, out in space. So I feel like when I make records, I keep the dream alive."
—Stop keeping the dream alive, guy from Air. It's an empty, useless dream.

I was told that in the year 2000 we would have electronic "metrocards" and highway "passeasies" that would end the the misery of fumbling for your wallet. It's all come true!!

Mr. B (#10,093)

With how sad steps, O Balk, thou writ'st the blogs!
How silently, and with how wan a face!
What, may it be that even in th'interweb place
That busy archer his sharp arrows slogs?
Sure, if that long with love-acquainted eyes
Can judge of love, thou feel’st a lover’s case;
I read it in thy posts; thy languisht grace
To me that feel the like, thy state descries.
Then, even of fellowship, O Balk, tell me,
Is constant love deemed there but want of wit?
Are beauties there as proud as here they be?
Do they online love to be loved, and yet
Those lovers scorn whom that love doth possess?
Do they call virtue there, ungratefulness?

Mr. Balk is who I would prefer stuck on death row with. But not in that way, well maybe. not sure.
