The density of matter in a neutron star averages about 10^15 grams per cubic centimeter. That's about the same density you'd get if you took every person on Earth and squished them all into a single matchbox. AWESOME (and unverified; the math is left as an exercise for the reader).
I assume it depends how much experience you have tightly rolling things.
