Having Google Doodle Next Best Thing To Not Being Dead
Um, this seems like setting the tribute bar a little low: "If John Lennon had still been alive, he would be turning 70 on Saturday – but he has received the ultimate tribute in the shape of a Google Doodle."
I can only assume they mean "ultimate" as in "final" – this is it. No more tributes to John Lennon, ever.
Imagine there're no tributes. It's easy if you try.
Yeah, I just never get sick of looking at that first grade level self-portrait. Not at all.
Bing is more of a Paul McCartney kind of search engine.

This is coming from a paper that probably had reporters going through his trash/making up gossip back in the day, so yes, we probably have to shift our notions of what qualifies as a "tribute" down a bit.
