Cue hordes of right-wingers trying to find out if the judge is a homo.
Unfortunately, this may not have any effect. The judiciary, as a general matter, doesn't have the power to order the military to do things.
Love that it was the Log Cabin Republicans that brought the suit. Only Nixon could go to China, etc…
