I am suffering from severe Sarah Palin fatigue. Hopefully that soon pass, because, you know, she's good for traffic and stuff. Anyway, for those of you who cannot get enough of the former Alaska governor, here's something about the release of a ton of e-mails showing that Todd Palin got all up in the state business when she was in charge. It is not particularly shocking, but there you are. And the part about how "the governor coached her staff on how to disguise the amount of electrical work needed at the mansion to hook up her new tanning bed" is at least amusing.

What's the problem? You expect the governor of the largest state in the United States (next to Russia. Also) to be able to handle all the government duties that were clearly described to her upon taking office?
Hell, she also had to care for Non-Euclidean Geometry or Calculus or whatever her kid's name is.

Pretty sure the early euphoric reports about the First Dude said *he* was doing all the handyman work around the Governor's Mansion.
So maybe this tanning bed thing is just Todd being modest.

Todd says the lamp replacements are an incorrect wattage and causing him to look more orange than he wants; like a cross between a Nascar driver and an Oompa-Loompa. Can we fix this quietly without making a big deal about it? I don't want his picture out there until the coloring starts to fade.

Todd apparently did some work on post-secondary issues in Alaska, qualified for such by his high school diploma, no doubt.
Ha ha ha. You show your bias openly and neglect to point out that the looooong msnbc article about hardly anything new [remember Hillary toiling away at all sorts of political chicanery while her husband was busy cheating on her?] and is basically a total journalistic scam---for really corrupt shenanigans, try the lower '48---only out there because Sarah is clean as a whistle compared to, say, John Edwards or Barack Obama [who recently claimed not being aware ACORN received federal funds since 1995 even though at that time he was still a "consultant" for the ACORN crime syndicate & helping them try to get MORE federal money before he ran for the State Senate. [Interesting that Obama's state senate campaign funding records have disappeared, probably with lots of ACORN money pushing their young consultant on to public office, but the corrupt MSM will never lift a finger to find those "lost" campaign records]. Yet they toil endlessly to get a hold of Sarah's e-mails. Anyone see a pattern here?
Also, the loooong article neglects to mention Todd Palin's ancestry as half-Native American, making him a more authentically multiculturally diverse AMERICAN than any influential Dem of minority status---including Menendez of the crooked state of New Joisey. Or that faux-descendent of slave owners in the Oval Office.
Isn't it interesting that this "dumb" woman and her live-in "consultant" were the lead negotiators for the state of Alaska versus a pipeline consortium which arrived at an agreement costing hundreds of millions of dollars to export Alaskan natural gas? The profits from the state's side of the consortium will be distributed to the citizens of Alaska, unlike in the lower '48 where greedy politicians would predictably sideline much of the profits and then sluice them toward special interests in corrupt jurisdictions like California [Calpers].Illinois [the Dem & Repub "machines,"] and New York, where many of the corrupt msnbc failed journalists work out of, a state so corrupt that crooked pols are no longer sent to jail [as they are in Illinois], but simply become lobbyists in Albany or DC [Eliot Spitzer may have served a short term, but this oversexed crook is back shamelessly running for office.]
Of course, he's a Democrat and they not held accountable in the press for any high crimes and misdemeanors, especially of the tax-paying variety. That's why they're so greedy to tax the rest of us.
