Special Permission Needed To Kill American Terrorists
If you want to kill an American citizen, one who has professed the desire to accomplish terror, you have to get special permission, from bureaucrats higher up than the bureaucrats who give the okay to killing non-American citizens. Sometimes the permission needed goes all the way to the top of the bureaucrat chain, like back at the end of this last Advent, when the President himself authorized a machine to fly over Yemen and bomb someone. (The machine missed.)
Bureaucracy will set us free.
There are only two reasons for a United States citizen to travel outside of the United States of America: terrorism or driving through Canada to reach Alaska. Fire at will.

I've always been confident that the intelligence community is not careless about endangering American lives.
