Easy work-around. Run to the bottom of the Brooklyn Bridge at Dover St. A ferry will take you to Fulton Landing in Brooklyn as long as your eyes are not visibly bleeding. Later, this spring, Will Smith will sit out on a pier there in the afternoons and wait for the rest of us to show up.
