Michael Polakovs, the clown who in 1966 created and was the first person to portray* Ronald McDonald, died last week at the age of 86. Himself the son of a clown, Polakovs is survived by six children, one of whom is also a clown. That had to be one wacky hearse.
*Disputed. See comments.

What a terrifying bastard.
Yay! One less creep- I mean- clown.
That smile on his face is only there to fool the public.
The tears of a clown could start a greasefire.
Thank you. Please drive around.
Little known fact: his lack of melanin and inflamed red lips was due to subsisting on a diet consisting solely of McDonald's since 1966.
Also, fucking gingers.
That is one clown who died with a Grimace on his face.*
*Unsubstantiated rumor pending full autopsy.
FTW.
who what? Willard Scott originated Ronald McDonald in 1963.

Polakovs isn't even mentioned as one of the actors who portrayed Ronald McDonald.
Here's a 2007 story from Clown Alley, a clown blog, that says Polakovs gave Ronald McDonald a makeover:

not the same thing.
nice, wait til he's dead for the character assassination
As long as he keeps the Holiday Pies coming, I will defend Ronald's legacy to the grave and beyond.
Exactly.
Also Oral Roberts just died, which, ditto.
he was "called home." barf.
*not that I really have too much of an opinion of the man himself, I just really hate that phrase.
