Whoa! After the 2 days it took me to finally make it through this thread, I realized that I was magically logged in somehow by linking through the newsletter? This is a treat, since my being intermittently logged out is an annoyance I've come to resent. Something that might fix that would be nice, maybe?
And yes: No Facebook. Disqus can be annoying. Nested comments can get unreadable. My commenter number is the best commenter number! You guys are the greatest.
