On Your Beautiful Pictures Are Stupid: Against Trendy Digital Photography
Actually, Warhol would be laughing his ass off. He knew this would happen. Is there a lot of crap images flying around? Sure there are. But what's with the melodrama? Give easy access to "every trick in the book" and what do you expect out of everyone? At heart, this is a weak argument on taste, and late to the digital image vs. analog party by at least 10 years.
Maybe it's time for some neo-transcendentalism?

On Piano-Playing Robot Hearkens To Nerd-World Yesteryear
Somebody tell me why nerdy robotics dorks make their robots play music? Don't we already have music playing devices? I have one in my pocket right now that plays any kind of music I want. I don't need no robots plunking on a piano. OR, build a robot that plays a double reed instrument... then I'd be impressed.
