On Meet The Awl 2013 Interns

All this beautiful optimism. The revolving door of interns each season really is like a neverending circle of trust. Reminds me of when I was a young 'un. “Be bold and mighty forces will come to your aid”. ― Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Good luck, kids!

I am not opposed to a dash of pink to set off one's wardrobe choices. The Princeton campus just takes this principle way too far.

On Why We Need "Enlightened"

I strangely adore this show. The cast is not extraordinarily beautiful and it is about imperfect people in low level positions. But the acting and story are brilliant. Reminds me of the independent films of the 1990s
