On Tales from Brooklyn: Short Stories About Love (Actually, Sex): Part 1
I enjoyed it. The characters are believable and I'm curious about them, would have read on.
I particularly enjoyed the "brooke" and "picnic" bits. The only place it fell out of focus for me was "mirthful as a magpie with its shiny penny." The language felt excessive.
