@HeyThatsMyBike That's actually a pretty good point - commenter numbers did serve the useful purpose of making it easier to detect spam. Count me among those who don't really see what's wrong with the current system, but I won't be crying too hard about a move to Disqus. and yeah, no FB please.

@Moff Yeah, this is the thing. The UCC is a super gay-friendly congregation. The idea that Obama can't support gay marriage because he's "a Christian" is kind of a silly oversimplification.
