I fly all the time from Vancouver to the US and find that our US/Canada Nexus Pass (which is compatible with Global Entry) works great in Canadian airports but in most American airports there is no obvious provision so I stand in the regular lines like a fool. I'll make an effort now to try and get more caviar treatment!
