I wince every time I hear someone refer to the USA as the "Homeland." Who started that shit? Bush? It sounds way too much like the Nazi Germany "Fatherland" or the Communist Russia "Motherland". Am I taking crazy pills here?

On Atheists Determined To Reinforce Stereotypes
They may have accomplished more with a wall of text on the sign explaining the merits of rationalism and scientifically proven facts rather than the Mongo-esque "NO GOD? ...NO PROBLEM." Just sayin'.

I feel we should not immunize kids for tobacco. Said kids would probably start smoking fervently even without the much-hyped buzz, just to spite the parents who 'immunized' them.
