For much of his life Jeffrey Hunter has been a professional photographer shooting landscapes in Iceland, the US South West, India, New York City, Miami Beach, the Albuquerque Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, and the 93 America's Cup.
Since 1996 he has been retailing and designing neckties. He started selling ties in Los Angeles and Orange County to car salesmen out of the trunk of 1966 Lincoln Continental and by appointment to stock brokerage firms. From 1997 to 2000 he operated two specialty retail kiosks selling ties in the Irvine Spectrum Center and Newport Beach Fashion Island. From the summer 2000 he has built web sites that offer novelty collector ties by Marvel Comics Spiderman, Disney and wildlife ties by Endangered Species. Included are really unique silk fashion ties by Electric Neckwear, and Martin Wong. He is now designing ties that rival Rush Limbaugh's designs.

really enjoyed reading this especially the first paragraph - certainly the part I have high-lighted in bold text font. Even though he states that men need only a few ties. My theory on that is that no one should ever notice, save your wife, that you have worn a certain tie before. So at least a hundred will suffice to make that possible.

Really nicely put, but I imagine that you purposely reversed the When and When Not To just to be funny.
The underwear thing is a real windfall for Corporate America. About 50 years ago some shrewd guy figured out a way to sell a cheap garment - the T shirt for big bucks and as well have that garment used as a walking billboard branding something like sports equipment, beer, or Key West. All that was needed was some clever graphics and the inexpensive to manufacture T shirt became a higher priced garment with greater profit and with residual value. Tourism promoting, Rock and Roll concert souvenirs, and the challenge of cost effective marketing never looked back.
I agree with the West Coast - East Coast thing completely. I live on the West Coast but south of the border. I just cannot stomach those California women and the all too cool California dudes. Add to that the high cost of living in a place that is priced for sunshine, blue skies and being able to be as cool as Ken and Barbie 7-24. Man I really hate the boring blue skies to death and well I could go on - I will leave it at that. Nice job on the Dress Shit Piece.
