The Mets playing like this make me nervous because when I went home this weekend, my Dad had done a 180 from his previous position of "This team is a pile of shit" to "You can't give up on the season because they're playing so hard." Next thing you know the Mets are keeping K-Rod to make a futile Wild Card run and plead poverty in the off-season as Jose Reyes signs with the Red Sox. At least Mike Pelfrey still sucks though.
