On Happy Pokemon Seizure Day!
@deepomega Fortunately, no, although at the time we were stupidly disappointed. Also, the episode itself was pretty boring compared to others, as I recall, so it wasn't the most red-banner of nights.

On Happy Pokemon Seizure Day!
I remember when this episode was hard to find. After spending a week trawling the interweb for a copy, we packed about ten guys into our dorm room to watch the episode together and see if it had any effect. We were pretty sure that none of us had epilepsy, but part of the idea was to see if anybody collapsed into seizure, which I suppose, in retrospect, was a pretty stupid idea, but there are worse ways to spend a Thursday night than having a potentially tragic medical emergency, I guess.

On The Only Way Is Amy
The real question a Baudrillardian reading demands is, much like the issue of religious icons for the iconoclasts/iconolaters: with the proliferation of Amy-simulacra, will England begin to question the necessity of a real-life Amy or, even more disturbing, was there ever a real-life Amy at all (beside the implants)?
