Um, you forgot, "Dump shitloads of the Chipotle Tabasco on it." NOT regular Tabasco because that is terrible. I actually check and make sure they have some Chipotle Tabasco before I order. I once got tacos and they had no Chipotle Tabasco left so I basically took one bite and dumped it.
