@NinetyNine I'm aware. I eat them either after the gym if I know I won't have time to sit and eat real food for several hours or on a day that I'm running around with no time to eat for hours. Easy to stash in your bag, holds you over better than a candy bar. I guess some people eat them for an afternoon snack when they're just sitting around, but I don't.
