'Us' Premieres "Michael Jackson On Fire" Video
My Classy Linkbait Of The Day Award goes to Us, for this incredible bit of shameless traffic trawling: "Usmagazine.com has exclusive, never-before-seen footage of Michael Jackson's Pepsi commercial accident, filmed in L.A.'s Shrine Auditorium on Jan. 27, 1984." Points off for the headline ("How Michael Jackson's Pill Addiction Began") and its attempt to provide justification through context, but otherwise this is a sterling achievement for which everyone over there should feel proud.
It's A Rewarding Bad Behavior Kind Of Day
So I guess this site is mentioned in Russ Smith's interview with Michael Wolff, and he's kind of dismissive of it? It would probably look petty if we didn't link to it? But it is extremely long and, if the very beginning is any indication, full of the buffoony self-regard with which Wolff peppers all of his blatant cries for attention? And, really, life is short and it's sunny out? So in the spirit of not being petty, I'll link, but I'll be damned if I'm going to read it. So there.
