And this is the second time this has happened to the 29-year-old Gucci-four years ago, the buzz from his first hit, "Icy" was squelched when he was arrested on a murder charge that was eventually dropped. He later did jail time for, um, forgetting to do 600 hours of community service on an assault charge. Busy, busy!
