Gordon Brown Goes Goth Or Something

In October of '07, a private shipping company lost two discs containing the names, addresses, and national insurance numbers of 25 million Britons, including everyone under the age of 16, in the mail. In June of '08, a senior intelligence officer left top secret files on al Qaeda in Pakistan and the security situation in Iraq on a train. Just last month the nation's most powerful counterterrorism officer was forced to step down after inadvertently revealing details of a major operation to press and photographers as he stepped out of his car.
