In fact, it seems the author exaggerated and distorted and dressed up what he was actually talking about just to drive traffic. The topic is a little... boring, really. Kind of a hobbyhorse for this blogger. Definitely an important issue these days, something that doesn't get enough attention, but... not something you want to read a whole-jeez this is long!
