Could Roger Ailes Have Told Someone To Lie?

"Fox News Chief, Roger Ailes, Urged Employee to Lie, Records Show," is how the New York Times headlines a story about how Ailes "encouraged [Judith Regan] to lie... to federal investigators who were vetting Bernard B. Kerik for the job of homeland security secretary" because Ailes feared word of Regan's affair with Kerik would damage Rudy Giuliani's presidential campaign (a feat that Giuliani proved quite capable of handling on his own, as it turned out). The whole thing is a bit of a trip down memory lane (I mean, when was the last time you thought about Judith Regan?), but, really, couldn't that headline just as easily apply to every Fox News employee who has ever received a memo from Ailes? Bernie Kerik Preps His Jail Blog, Grillz

DISGRACED FORMER WOULD-BE TOP COP 9/11 HERO and WHITE HOUSE LIAR-TO Bernie Kerik's 48-month federal prison sentence begins just a month from now, and he's just, you know, hanging out, updating his new Blogspot blog. Now, unfortunately, he's not running Google ads or anything, because we are pretty sure, once he racked in some dollas, we could find some state from which to draw a plaintiff to file a Son of Sam claim against him? (JUDITH REGAN?) This would be great.

Bernie Kerik Sentenced to 4 Years

See ya next Winter Olympics, Bernie: "Former New York City police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, who was hailed as a hero alongside former Mayor Rudy Giuliani after the Sept. 11 terror attacks and nearly became chief of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, was sentenced to four years behind bars Thursday for eight felonies.... Federal guidelines indicated Kerik's sentence should be between 27 and 33 months in prison. [Judge Stephen] Robinson said he went beyond the guidelines because they could not account for certain factors."

Kerik Supporters Outraged By Criminal Justice System

I had no idea we were handing out special dispensations for those who performed well at their jobs in the aftermath of 9/11, but if that's the case-and it seems to be the argument here-then we certainly should allow former New York City police commissioner Bernie Kerik, imprisoned after giving a supporter sealed court records from his current corruption case, a free pass. I mean, it's only fair.

Bernie Kerik: All Cops Nationwide Agree With Teabagging!

This video is hysterical. Illegal immigrant nanny-hirer, indicted liar-to-the-IRS and former New York City top cop Bernie Kerik went on Fox News' Red Eye last night and talked about how awesome the teabagger anti-tax protests were. I can't even tell if host Greg Gutfeld is pranking him or being serious or what, but you can tell he is dying inside. The best part is when Kerik says, "I would say there aren't many cops in the New York City police department, or police officers anywhere in this country, that don't agree with the people that were out there."
