It's right there in the title – exercising makes you a LOSER.
I must agree with you. I watched a season from the big loser myself last year and also was in a period when i wanted to lose weight and i didn't do nothing at least while the show was on. It wasn't very stimulating for me or for my mother. I have my cable tv from Dish network Tucson and i was speaking some other people who watched the show and they all felt like everything that was happening on the screen was too far away from them.
