Adorable Canadian Scandal Appeals To The 10-Year-Old In All Of Us
WHOA, CANADA: "The so-called bust bus fiasco has sent Alberta’s election off to a bizarre start – how was it that those two wheels ended up right there, directly under the neckline of a female politician’s campaign bus photo? And was the reaction sexist? With a campaign expected to officially begin next Monday, the right-wing, libertarian Wildrose Party unveiled its campaign bus at Alberta’s legislature Monday. The bus is covered in a decal, or 'wrap,' with the Wildrose logo, website and a picture of its leader, Danielle Smith. But her head and shoulders are directly above the two back wheels, framing them." [Photo via]

note to Santorum: Check all banners for unintended tailpipe.
I totally understand the outrage: they are uneven.

I'm a little miffed about the TITS tag. Only one other post came up when I clicked on it!
@Mr. B I'm pretty sure over at the Hairpin it was concluded that the polite, non-offensive term was "honkers."
@stuffisthings I real life I prefer "boobies."
@stuffisthings "Honkers"? I don't think you understand how a bus works.
@Clarence Rosario There's a lot of things that I don't understand how they work.
@stuffisthings HOOTERS. Honkers suggests that they're there to be honked, and while I don't mind a hoot here and there, any unauthorized personnel who honk my hooters get their junk kicked up their throats.
Problem Solved
When you design a wrap, you get a template that shows where the wheel cutouts will be. So… someone didn't care?
So the wheels are headlights . . .
@Smitros And, according to the nursery school song, they go round and round.
@C_Webb Sounds painful.
@Smitros Yoga helps.
I like to think I have a pretty high degree of… visual perception let's say (it's part of my job), but when I look at this I really just see a woman's picture over a couple of big Greyhound bus wheels. They just don't look like boobs to me. Maybe if it was a couple of little wheels with those old VW bug hubcaps?
I'm actually more outraged that these right-wing loons have not only appropriated and tainted a very lovely flower (the official flower of Alberta), but conflated 'Wild Rose' into one word. That shit ain't right.
I hope she doesn't bust a flat.
Titticanoe and Tyler too
