Matt (#26)

Vote Loutallica.

keisertroll (#1,117)

@Matt Jesse And The Rippers are eligible in 2014.

keisertroll (#1,117)

What's so civil about war, anyway?

Werner Hedgehog (#11,170)

This probably gets said every year, nowadays, but why no Cheap Trick?

keisertroll (#1,117)

The voters want them to want them.

The ceiling fan in my new apartment shakes to the tune of the riff from "Barracuda." Or the theme song to Bonanza, depending on where your sensibilities lie.

IBentMyWookie (#133)

@boyofdestiny Your ceiling fan told me to tell you it's actually "Achilles' Last Stand"

Abe Sauer (#148)

Not that they don;t deserve it, but a cynic might say the GnR selection is in part in hopes the band will reunite for one HoF show.

LondonLee (#922)

I'm afraid I'm one of those who thinks the whole notion of a rock and roll hall of fame is very, you know, not rock and roll.

Having said that. Joan Jett and Heart but not Kate Bush???

Bittersweet (#765)

@LondonLee: But look, the Cure. Baby steps!

iantenna (#5,160)

@LondonLee kate bush is very, you know, not rock and roll.

LondonLee (#922)

True, she's better than that.

chef dave (#3,898)

@LondonLee Um, no. No.

DMcK (#5,027)

Rush: snubbed!

Dave Bry (#422)

@DMcK I can see the arguments against nominating Rush for the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame. (As much as seeing them hurts me.) But the nomination of Heart flies in the face of most of those arguments. I'm also sympathetic to London Lee's belief that a Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame is not very rock-n-roll.
