This should have been the permanent memorial. Done and done, and save a billion dollars to boot. The police state memorial park will not be visited a year from now.

sure, why the hell not.

whizz_dumb (#10,650)

@roboloki I saw that coming. Balk better have a really good S,WTHN for later today or there will be strong words written.

So I'm the only person who hates those lights? There's a reason people forget things you know.

Abe Sauer (#148)

I hereby move to make The Awl a 9/11-free-zone for the next 30 days.

Backslider (#819)

@Abe Sauer Seconded.

keisertroll (#1,117)

@Abe Sauer 9/11.

Lockheed Ventura (#5,536)

@Abe Sauer This is a New York centric site and 9/11 should be discussed. Maria Bustillos surely has something brilliant to say about it.

@Lockheed Ventura I agree that Maria is brilliant. I also think that 10 years is enough time to compose your thoughts and say something. Team LetItGo.

Sure, why the hell not.
