Legendary Chupacabra Discovered In Wherever Prince Georges Is. Delaware Or Something? One Of Those Mid-Atlantic States You Drive Through On Your Way To Somewhere Else. Yeah, I Think It's Delaware.
"The legend of the so-called chupacabra started on June 1, when Prince Georges Hospital Center went smoke-free, forcing folks to come into the woods to have a cigarette."
—Smokers! Is there anything they can't do? (Aside from walking up stairs without wheezing.)

"Chupacabra" is Spanish for coyote with mange.
Poor critter.
Not Delaware. Maryland.
Just when you thought PG County couldn't get any weirder.
Ugh. Call the DNR, dumbasses.
I saw one of these in Indianapolis yesterday afternoon while I was jogging. It was very fast
Dude, it says Maryland RIGHT ON THE SCREEN

@deepomega and I almost took it. Then i remembered that Balk is from New Jersey so who cares.
You could smoke in hospitals in Maryland until June 1???
@johnpseudonym Not in Baltimore, just PG county.
"Mythical Latino Bigfoot" will be the name for my … well, I'm going to start something just to call it Mythical Latino Bigfoot.
Also, I figured someone who wore scrubs would at least have the fucking brains to take a blood sample.
I shouldn't have to say this every time there is a chupacabra story, but I must say it again: CHUPACABRA HAVE WINGS! IF IT DOESN'T HAVE WINGS IT IS NOT A FRICKIN' CHUPACABRA.
Seriously, take the hint. Not a chupacabra. It makes me so angry.
Um… it's a dog. A Mexican Hairless Dog or Xoloitzcuintli to be exact. They're a very rare breed, but are recognized by the AKC, hopefully whoever had lost their dog saw this footage and will now be able to get their dog back home.
