Noted American presidential scholar Pat Sajak compares Barack Obama to Bill Clinton and finds that—surprise!—the latter looks "presidential" while the current president does not. Here's a fun thing to guess: Once President Obama is out of office and there's another Democrat in the White House, what positive attributes will the conservatives who currently fulminate about Kenyan socialism discover in their attempts to diminish that future occupant? "Say what you will about Barack Obama, but at least he…" (Note: This assumes the world has not completely fallen apart and that there ever will be another Democrat in the White House.)
"It’s all very subjective, I know, and it’s hard not to be blinded by politics. In fact, I’m not exactly sure what it means to say that someone looks presidential. But, like a lot of subjective matters, it becomes obvious when you see it. And it seemed obvious to me the other day that one president reveled in the office while the other chafed."
"In conclusion, nothing I have written above makes a whit of goddamn sense."
Say what you will about President Obama, but at least he didn't used to make people buy porcelain dalmatian figurines with gameshow winnings.
Ironic, because I was thinking just the other day, around 7:30 p.m., how much Pat Sajak looks like a rapidly aging gameshow host.
Moff: So that's exactly the style in which he used to do his weather forecast.
Is this supposed to be "breezy?" Is he auditioning to be the new Andy Rooney? Christ, wha……
