Crunching the National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior numbers: "Looking at those men between the ages of 20 and 60 who 'gave oral to male' we find: 4.4% – during the past month, 6.3% – during the past year, 10.3% – during lifetime." Other notable bits include that 12% of women aged 14 and 15 reported performing oral sex on boys in the last year.
Yeah, but it also reports that only 62 percent of boys ages 14 to 15 say they masturbated in the past year.

I think woman implies adult, with the logic and reasoning abilities that supposedly come with adulthood. Teenagers, especially those in their late teens, are definitely borderline adults, but they're not fully there – hell, their brains haven't finished growing yet.
I can do a song and dance about childhood as a western cultural construct and all, but in the majority of the US, the reduced expectations and responsibilities put on most people under the age of 18ish means that people this age tend to think of things differently.

I think it's true that most (not all) people in my generation are taking longer to act like adults than previous generations did, but I also believe that it's because the olds insist on treating them like kids for longer than they used to.
