Forgot to say this before, but that green highlight clashes like a mofo with the logo. You might be better off with yellow highlight. Blue and yellow usually go together well (I know they used to say green and yellow and blue and red, but they're wrong).
And for the first time in forever, I agree with Jeff Barea.
I would suggest testing out ffe512 because it has a nice organgeyish tinge to cut out the glare and it has a nice offset to the grayscale everywhere.
