Three Funny People Achieve Career Dream

THE PRETTY ONEHere are Saturday Night Live's three new cast members. About two of them, not much is known! In particular because it seems like the "digital strategy" at SNL is to make new cast members delete everything off the Internet upon hiring. It is an interesting position. In any event, at this time there's no telling how my season pass will fare. Will episodes continue to accumulate in their little folder, waiting for that week that I come down with a broken femur or something and run out of trashy movies? Could be! IF ONLY the Internet had a blog related to all things comedic to tell me what I think of this.

A blog like that would be something I would read incessantly. I'd probably forget to eat with all the F5ing!

Vulpes (#946)

Well, Kenan Thompson's job security as the Token Black Guy (with occasional assists from Fred Armisen for "ambiguous race") is secure for another year.

Rod T (#33)

A Klausner-helmed Apiary?

Sean L McCarthy (#7,171)

Choire,

Being here. Doing that. Any other questions, just ask me! Or read The Comic's Comic: http://www.thecomicscomic.com/

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Sean

My wife and I saw Paul Brittain at Second City less than a month ago. Superb show! — much funnier, in fact, than any of the SNL episodes I've seen recently.

"if only…"

I'm not a regular blogger on my own site any more but there's a lot of "done that." Besides Sean there's Nate at the Apiary and Dylan at Punchline plus a lot of local comedy bloggers about their own scenes. I know we ain't big and but it's a little insulting to act like this is an "if only" idea (particularly to Sean, who really kicks ass at this "reporting" thing I keep hearing about.)

Sara Benincasa fails to make the cut. Again. What a shame.
