Hawaii Now Free To Ignore Birther Wingnuts
"State officials have said they receive roughly 50 requests per month for the president's birth certificate, often from the same small group of people, and that processing the requests takes considerable time."
-The BBC, on Hawaii's new law, signed by the governor yesterday, allowing officials to ignore repeat requests from loons for President Obama's birth certificate.

So every time a Birther requests a copy of the certificate, Hawaii says, "Oh, for that you have to talk to the manager," and then the Birther will say, "Who's the manager?" and then Hawaii points to the highly drunk state senator at the corner of the bar and say, "That's the manager!!" At least that's what I'd do if I ran Hawaii.
What they should do is just charge them as shitload of money. Soak the wingnuts, make some money for the state, everybody wins.
Sadly, this is not legal.
Well that takes all the fun out of it.
Some people cannot take "yes" for an answer. Amazing how many of them are wingnuts.
