I read it weeks ago. How many times did he have to email you for you to throw a link up?
As someone who went through the ordeal of reading it I wouldn't advise anyone else bother. It is inaccurate on near every point of fact, almost completely unconcerned with argument and rhetorically boring.
Take the very phrase 'New deal denialism' as evidence for the last point. This is obviously a combination of words chosen for reasons of connotation rather than meaning. Who amongst the 'New deal denialists' denies that the new deal took place? If you really must try and create some mental association with holocaust deniers in the mind of the reader at least do it in an interesting and/or(preferably and) coherent way.
Just skimmed it and it's worse than I remembered. Especially those parts of it which it refer to Bob Murphy's book. Taking a chapter which argues against the claim that World war 2 created prosperity and presenting it as if it arguing against the war itself is just scummy.
