If Gucci (Alexander McQueen's 51% stakeholder) doesn't hire Christian Lacroix to execute the ongoing, post-McQueen line of McQueen, I'll be very gay-upset.

Gay-upset? Is that anything like being bi-furious?
Straight mad? No, that doesn't make sense.
If you have ask, you'll never know.
Edina Monsoon agrees with this.
Uh, that'd be like zombie Christian Dior taking over DKNY.[/disrespect]
That's a foul! Eject!
My fantasy league team has Olivier Theyskens and LVMH. We'll be the Mets to your Globetrotters!
Apropos of not much, I watched the Valentino Last Emperor doc the other night. And just SWOON. Seriously, swoon. Also, his life is ridiculous and awesome. Therefore, I second Gautier. He's crazy awesome and also old world extravagant.
Lacroix doesn't have the edge; Gaultier-Wang-Pugh tag team FTW.
That may be a difficult proposition, considering Lacroix already has his own line and name recognition - what would he gain from heading McQueen's line?
I think Gucci would be better off finding a talented designer who's starting to earn their spurs in the industry (like Siriano, but I don't think he's quite there yet) and developing their talent further.
