You know what you should totally read? Home Boy, a new blog for GQ about "what happens when a jobless 27 year old law school grad is forced to move back home with mom, dad, and his two sisters." It happens to be written by Awl grammar columnist Luke Mazur, for whom we could not be more thrilled. Go now!

I just read it! Something tells me our "Home Boy" is gonna make it after all…
He just threw his beret into the air.

"This house is so full of people it makes me sick. When I grow up and get married, I'm living alone."

CONGRATS LUKE!!
Congratulations, man! That's awesome. Ironically, however, simply by virtue of its being written, it is in fact not by a jobless law school grad.
It sounds like he works for GQ. Is he jobless or isn't he?
Congrats?
YAY! You knew law school would pay off, right? You'll be famous, just like if you had your own billboard soliciting accident victims!
I LOVE that photograph. Did Dad Mazur take it?
yes, yes he did.
Excellent. Way to go, Luke!
OK, because no one else will say it, I will: well done on doing the dishes. You're a better man than I.
"The fact that this bugs me bugs me."
Everyday I feel this.
I think I agree with his parents that he should probably just go pass the bar.
Which will be much easier as he concentrates on filing blog posts two weeks beforehand.
Also is there any way to set up GQ's RSS so that it subscribes just to Luke's blog?
This is just so NEAT. Yay. I am sure the bar exam will go fine, too!
p.s. I bet your dad didn't mind shoveling all that much, because he knows you have to study really hard right now.
