You shouldn't blame your employees in front of your other employees because you should be trying to cultivate a deeply personal sense of culpability in each individual worker. If they see you holding someone else accountable for something, they might get the impression that they are not the only person in the company who keeps fucking everything up, which would be wrong.

Agreed. That study was a bit off the mark. Study participants often will want to please the researcher (even subconsciously), so they probably expected to act as shown in the videos.
