'Strategy of relieved tension.'
Now we all feel better because Silvio got his they can restore his immunity from prosecution, or something. (If I was Italian I'd make that more convincing *and* believe it myself).
Hey-oh! Double irony, since this attack works to build sympathy for the Italian right much like the "strategy of tension" did in the 40s to the 70s and to distract from the fact that Berlusconi has been relieving his tension into various prostitutes of late...
