A note to those in charge of offices this time of year! Just as one does not give alcohol to one's movers before they relocate the objects in your apartment (rather you give it to them after), perhaps it is also not the best idea to provide "beer and sandwiches" in the office beginning at 12:15 p.m., particularly when there are deadlines ahead.
